Exchange of item is only provided if item is damaged or engraved with the wrong name.

NO refund will be provided once item has been shipped or order has been processed.

NO cancellation of orders once orders have been processed.

Please also take note that as our item are shipped from Egypt, shipping will take time and may cause delays in some instances. We seek your understanding in this.

Minimum amount of time to reach you: 2 weeks

Maximum amount of time to reach you: 4 weeks

We provide free normal postage for all orders. However,we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For a more secure delivery, please opt for registered postage.

For registered postage, these clauses apply(depending on weight of item which customer will have to absorb):

For any amount of accessories: $3

For 1 abaya/esdal: $4

For 2 abaya/esdal: $5

For 3 abaya/esdal: $6

All our orders will be processed within 24 hours and items will be mailed out within 2 days from payment. All parcels will be delivered via Singpost and delivery time takes approximately 2 days - 1 week.

Self collection is also available in the East at either Tampines or Bedok Interchange.

All pictures have been edited to reflect the colour as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that different display screens will result in slight variations in the colour tones.
